About
You don’t need confidence to do this.
You need curiosity —
and a little willingness to be uncomfortable.
Most people walk in nervous. That doesn’t mean you’re not ready.
It means you’re human.
So… How Does a Session Actually Go?
Let’s start with the obvious:
If you’ve never done a boudoir session before, you’re probably nervous.
That’s normal. Expected, actually.
You don’t need to arrive confident — you just need to arrive.
When You Get Here
Sessions usually start around midday. But not always.
Sleep in. Eat something. Take your time getting here.
When you walk into the studio, nothing is rushed. There’s music, intentional lighting, candles, and a space designed to help your nervous system calm down — not a chaotic production line. Most Sessions come with hair and makeup. We will head over to my glam team which is located next door.
We sit. We talk. We breathe for a minute.
Whether this is about celebrating your body, learning how to exist in it differently, or creating something deeply personal — this part matters. It sets the tone for the entire day.
Sometimes there are nerves.
Sometimes there are tears.
Sometimes both.
All of it is welcome.
hair and makeup.
This isn’t about turning you into someone else — it’s about enhancing you. You’ll have time to relax, sip water, have a snack if you need it, and let yourself be taken care of for a moment.
Most people start realizing here:
“Oh… this might actually be okay.”
Wardrobe + Styling
If you decided to have the client closet, which has over 2000 gorgeous items ( xs- 5xl ). I will start customizing our selection during hair and makeup. I hand pick every item just for you. We can build looks around your comfort and your boundaries.
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is rushed.
You’re always in control.
The Shoot Itself
Before the camera ever comes out, I calm your nerves by letting you know that i will visually show you the poses and verbal explain everything from head to toe. If you forget…. no worries i am not testing your memory. I talk most of the time leaving no silences.
I guide everything:
Where to place your body
How to breathe
When to move
When to pause
Consent is built into the entire process. I’ll never move you or adjust you without checking in first. You lead — I direct.
Every session is different, but the goal is always the same: create images that feel like you, not a performance.
Then we do your reveal —
You’ll view your images with me I am there to support you, talk things through, and help picking the best set of images. Seeing yourself this way can bring up a lot — pride, discomfort, emotion, surprise.
There is no “right” reaction.
This process allows us to create pieces that feel intentional and meaningful, not rushed or generic. You’re not just picking photos — you’re building something you’ll live with.
After You Leave
Once you head home, your part is done.
I handle final retouching , place your orders, and prepare everything
If you want community, you’re invited into a private space with other women who’ve done this work too. I often have events and ladies nights so I would love to have tou as part of our family.
The Bottom Line
This isn’t about fixing your relationship with your body in one day.
It’s about experiencing yourself differently — honestly, without pressure.
You don’t have to love your body.
You don’t have to feel ready.
You just have to be willing to show up.
